Hi, I’m Eric Bailey, owner of Premier Vacation Group and Bailey Vacation Properties. I grew up in south Alabama with extended family just south in northwest Florida. My favorite childhood memories are from time spent at the beaches and on the waterways of Alabama and Florida.
Spending time with family and friends and making memories in beautiful locations has always appealed to me. After our son was born, it was difficult to find family-friendly vacation rentals that met all of our needs. We still desired luxury accommodations but also wanted them to feel like a home away from home. So in 2011, we purchased our first beach property. After adding our own touches, we started sharing our high-end, family-friendly vacation spot with others.
I realized early on that the Vacation Rental Industry was where I wanted to focus my energy. As I continued my journey into Vacation Rentals I slowly gave up house flipping and gradually the Tech industry I went to college to pursue. By 2023 Bailey Vacation Properties had acquired, renovated, optimized, & was managing 5 beach homes in Perdido Key and 1 large cabin in Gatlinburg. With a strong team around us, we decided our next step was to meet the requests of other owners in Perdido Key to help them with their properties. The goal was to deliver the same boutique vacation experience at other properties where we saw potential.
Today, Premier Vacation Group consists of a highly experienced team of hospitality experts. We have a network of support and trusted vendors ready to jump in when asked. Together, we are here to deliver 5-star service for our owners and guests.
